Refund Policy

At AB Horticulture, we strive to provide the best selection of healthy, rare, and exotic plants to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Dead Plants: If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. An unboxing video is required to process your refund request. The video must clearly show the condition of the plant at the time of unboxing, including any visible damage or signs of death. We may also request additional photos.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received an incorrect item (wrong plant species or product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. In this case, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. An unboxing video may also be requested to verify the issue.

2. Non-refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Plants that have been cared for or altered after receiving.
  • Items purchased at a discount or during a sale (unless the product is damaged or defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at startingpointglobal@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and your unboxing video.
  3. Once approved, you may be required to return the product to us. We will provide the return address.

4. Refund Method

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
