Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
Domestic Shipping (India)
For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
- Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically shipped within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are subject to the norms of the respective courier company or postal authorities.
- Courier Delays: AB Horticulture is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the order and payment date or as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the registered address associated with the buyer’s payment method (credit/debit card) unless specified otherwise during the order process.
- Damage in Transit: AB Horticulture is not responsible for any damage to the products while in transit. We take all precautions to pack the plants securely for safe delivery, but once the products are handed over to the courier, the responsibility for safe delivery lies with the courier company or postal authorities.
International Shipping
- Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we do not ship our products outside India. We only process and fulfill orders within Indian borders.
Shipping Charges for Domestic Orders
- Flat Shipping Fee: For all domestic orders, the standard shipping charge is ₹79 per order. This fee applies to all products in your cart for delivery within India.
- Multiple Units/Products: If you order multiple items, the shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the products in the cart. The program automatically calculates and charges a single delivery fee for the entire order.
- Separate Delivery Locations: If you wish to ship different products to different addresses, the delivery fee will be calculated separately for each destination. This is because products may be sourced and shipped from different locations within India.
Service Delivery (Digital Services)
- For services provided by AB Horticulture, the delivery will be confirmed via the email address you provided during registration. If you encounter any issues with our services, you can reach out to our helpdesk for support.
Disclaimer
- Urban Delivery Areas: The product will be delivered to all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies.
- Remote/Rural Areas: For deliveries to remote or rural areas, the product may be shipped using local couriers or Indian Speed Post and could take additional time to reach the delivery address.
- No Deliveries on Sundays & National Holidays: We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or National Holidays. Deliveries will resume on the next available business day.

AB Horticulture utilizes secure online payment platforms such as Gpay, PhonePe, EBS, PayU, PayTM, and other trusted payment gateways for quick and secure transactions. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and net banking options to provide you with a fast, easy, and efficient checkout experience.
